The customer service provided was excellent and had a personal touch, which is quite rare these days. My usual order of crystal aqua lenses was out of stock, but they went above and beyond by sending me the more expensive Bausch and Lomb lenses at no extra charge. Although these lenses were similar to my usual ones, I found them uncomfortable. Upon contacting customer services, they immediately offered to replace them since they had stock available and apologized for the inconvenience. Within a couple of days, I received 6 new boxes of lenses, even though I had already opened one of the previous six. They kindly asked me to return the unopened Bausch & Lomb boxes using their Freepost service, but stressed that there was no rush. I returned the boxes and even received a thank you email for doing so. I appreciate their exceptional service and hope they continue to provide such great assistance.
