The service remains satisfactory, however, I am disappointed by the new packaging. The perforations separating each lens are difficult to open and frequently result in unintentionally opening more than two pods. As a consequence, the subsequent pod becomes susceptible to drying out and being rendered useless.

I've been a customer since 2008 and I've never encountered any problems with their service. They consistently provide fast delivery and convenient re-order options. However, the website could use a little update as it still displays the old Google+ branding, which was discontinued in 2019.

The delivery was incredibly fast and the price was very reasonable.
