I placed my order and, as usual, received it promptly. However, there was a minor issue with the free samples that were included in the package. Unfortunately, Royal Mail was unable to deliver them through my door and I had to collect them from the local sorting office. Personally, I feel that they could have made a bit more effort to fit them through the letterbox.
