I placed my order for contacts on March 5th and unfortunately, they weren't shipped until March 14th. What's more, there is no tracking number provided, making it difficult to keep tabs on the package. Additionally, I don't have the option to sign for the package online, which means I have to make regular trips to the post office to pick them up. It would greatly improve the experience if I didn't have to sign for them or if a tracking number was available.
