Reordering the lenses I need has always been quick and easy! I've been using this site for 2 years now and I've never encountered any issues.

The delivery used to be much faster... One of the main reasons why I chose this company was because the postage used to be free and my lenses always arrived within 2 days, at most. However, now that we have to pay for delivery, it can take up to 5 days for them to arrive. It's definitely a change, but unfortunately, it's not for the better.

I'm disappointed that they've switched the packaging from the previous boxes. Unfortunately, the new ones can no longer fit through the letterbox.
