I've been a customer for many years and I've always received my orders in a timely manner. However, I recently received my latest order in a small, long, narrow box. While this was fine for fitting in letterboxes, it did cause the contact lens boxes inside to get a bit crumpled. It's not a major issue, but it might be worth considering alternative packaging options.

The delivery was incredibly speedy. The lenses themselves are of excellent quality. I can't find a single thing to complain about.

I placed my order at 3pm without choosing the 5 quid postage option. I was thoroughly impressed when the order arrived the next day at 8.30 with the postman. I have already recommended the quick service to two people, and they are interested in trying it out as well. Thank you, guys!

I don't have any issues with the product, but it would be great if the box was a bit slimmer. Currently, it doesn't fit through my letterbox, which means that if I'm not home when it arrives, I receive a card and have to travel about 5 miles to the sorting office to collect my package. Just to clarify, my letterbox is of standard size and is in a white uPVC door. Thank you!

I had a really positive experience with this service. It was fast and efficient in getting my contacts to me. However, I was disappointed to find that the specific contacts I usually purchase were no longer available on the site. Regardless, I decided to try a different pair from the site. Unfortunately, one of the left eye contacts must have been damaged because it was incredibly uncomfortable and even hurt my eye when I tried to wear it. It's worth mentioning that this is the first time I've had any issues in the nearly three years I've been purchasing from this site. I should note that the contacts I purchased were the cheaper options. Despite these minor setbacks, overall, I still think it's a good service, especially when they have the products in stock.
