The delivery times are incredibly fast – you can practically expect your contacts the day after ordering, especially if you place your order in the morning. However, I would advise you to steer clear of their own brand, which is the most affordable option on their website. I tried both the monthly standards and comfort version and unfortunately, they didn't live up to my expectations and ended up in the bin after just a couple of hours.

I've been a loyal customer for years and I must say, I'm disappointed with the time it's taking to ship my latest order. It's been six business days and the item is still being prepared. This kind of delay is unheard of from you.

Maybe I shouldn't place the blame solely on your company. Perhaps the Royal Mail system is to blame for the slow delivery. However, it's frustrating for customers to receive misleading tracking information. It would be helpful if you could include a notice on your website or in the Track Package email to inform customers that the tracking service may experience significant delays and shouldn't be relied upon for accurate updates. I hope you find this feedback valuable.

Once again, the service was excellent. The re-order process was simple and the delivery arrived promptly the next day. I'm pleased that the slimmer packages were able to fit effortlessly through my letterbox.
