However, I was a bit disappointed when I received the package as it was packed in a large box that couldn't fit through my standard letterbox. It would have been great if the order could have been sent in a letterbox-friendly format, saving me a trip to the sorting office.

This change means that I am unable to receive my deliveries conveniently, as I now have to make a two-hour round trip to collect them from the post-office sorting office. Additionally, I find the excessive packaging to be concerning for the environment.
