I'm always pleased with the service and the way they communicate any delays. I did have one small issue though - my order of three contact lenses and a pair of sunglasses arrived in an unnecessarily large box. It was about a foot cubed and couldn't fit through the letterbox, so I had to pick it up from the GPO. The box was filled with lots of paper, which seemed excessive for items that could have easily fit in a large glasses case. However, overall I am still very satisfied with the service.
