There was a small issue when they started using A4 cardboard envelopes for delivery, as the postal worker wouldn't put them through my letterbox. This meant having to make a ten-mile trip to the parcel office. However, I'm thrilled to say that they have now switched back to using postbox-friendly boxes. So, once again, they receive a 10/10 rating from me. I'm also signed up for their re-order service, and despite the challenges presented by Covid-19, I have still been receiving my lenses on time. I want to express a big thank you to everyone involved for their dedication in providing outstanding service despite the odds.
