After my go-to brand, DaySoft, closed down during COVID-19, I had to find a new supplier. I stumbled upon Visionarmyplus and decided to give them a shot. They suggested trying the Crystal Aqua Dailies as an alternative to my old DaySoft Silk lenses. Let me tell you, the team at Contact Lenses Plus is absolutely fantastic! Since I ordered a large quantity (a year's worth), we had to split the shipment into two parts. The first part arrived without any issues, but the second part got delayed. I started to worry that it was lost, so Danielle kindly sent a replacement. To my surprise, I actually ended up receiving both the replacement and the delayed shipment. Throughout the whole process, Danielle and the customer service team were always there for me – responsive, helpful, kind, and just a pleasure to deal with. And the best part is that the lenses are significantly more comfortable than my old DaySoft ones. From now on, I will only be relying on this company for all of my contact lens needs.
