I absolutely love this product and the service is incredibly speedy. I've been a loyal customer for the past 4 years and haven't encountered any problems at all. The only suggestion I have is for the company to revert back to the old packaging. Previously, the parcel was conveniently designed to fit through the letterbox for a 3 month supply. However, the new packaging is larger and there is excessive packaging involved. Consequently, I've had to collect it from the post office on occasions when I couldn't be home to receive it. It would be amazing if they could consider this feedback.
