I was a long-time user of Crystal Monthly contact lenses but had to switch to Bausch and Lomb when the Crystal ones became unavailable. The website suggested a substitute at the same price. However, I found the Bausch and Lomb lenses to be difficult to use due to their thicker material, causing my eyelid to dislodge them. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to successfully use them, so they remain unused. I attempted to order more Crystal Monthly lenses, only to discover that they are no longer being produced. Instead, I decided to try Crystal Daily Disposable lenses, and they have been fantastic. Based on my experience, I've learned that it's best to stick with the same brand, Crystal, even if the website suggests a different brand (e.g., Bausch and Lomb or Qualis) at a discounted price. Fortunately, the company sent me a complimentary month's supply of Crystal Daily lenses to compensate for the disappointing Bausch and Lomb order. I am grateful to visionarmy.com for their prompt response to reviews and for rescuing me from a negative experience.
