I placed an order for two contact lenses with different strengths. I received an email notifying me that one of the prescriptions was currently out of stock, and the expected date for when it would be in stock again. The staff offered me the choice to either wait until both lenses were in stock for shipment, or to have the in-stock lenses sent first with the other lenses to follow later, all with free delivery. The staff communicated effectively and managed my expectations regarding potential delivery delays.
