I was incredibly impressed by the speed at which my lenses were delivered. I placed my order on Friday, and to my surprise, they arrived on Saturday, even though I expected it to take around 3 days.

Received a faulty pair of lenses after 5 years of flawless service. However, the situation was quickly resolved with new replacements being sent at no extra cost. Absolutely hassle-free and an overall seamless experience.

Typically, my contact lenses always arrive very quickly, usually within 2 or 3 days of placing the order. However, this time it took over a week for them to arrive. I'm assuming this delay was caused by the Royal Mail strike action. I'm hoping that next time I order, everything will be back to normal and they will arrive promptly.
